Rockford Core LLC
Terms of Use.
Last updated: on publication
Summary in plain language
These terms cover your use of rockfordcore.com. It is an informational website: nothing is sold here, there are no accounts, and there is nothing to sign up for.
You are welcome to read the site, quote it sensibly, and link to it. Please do not scrape it in bulk, interfere with it, or try to reach parts of it that are not public.
If you use the contact form, keep it to ordinary business enquiries. Do not send confidential material, credentials, or other people's personal information.
The site is provided free and as it is. Our responsibility for it is limited to match, and the rest of this page explains how.
2. What these terms are, and who they bind
These terms are an agreement between you, the visitor, and Rockford Core LLC. By accessing or using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
They govern your use of this website and nothing more. They are not a subscription agreement, not a software licence, not a services contract, and not a data processing agreement.
If we ever enter into a written agreement with you about anything else, that agreement governs its own subject matter and these terms do not modify it.
3. What this website is
This is a single informational page about Rockford Core LLC. It exists so that people can find out who we are and get in touch.
Nothing is offered for sale or sold through this site. There are no orders, no payments, no accounts or logins, no downloads, and no software made available here.
Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance or a binding commitment of any kind. Any binding relationship with us arises only from a separate written agreement signed by someone authorised to sign for the company.
4. Permitted use
You may read the site, print or save a copy for your own reference or for the internal purposes of your organisation, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back.
You may link to the site, provided the link does not suggest a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist, and does not present our content as if it were someone else's or inside a frame that misleads.
Any other use, including republishing the page or a substantial part of it, needs our written permission. Ask through the contact form.
5. Prohibited use
Please do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the site or its content by automated means, beyond ordinary indexing by a well-behaved search engine that respects the site's robots directives. Please do not extract contact details or other material for solicitation, resale, or inclusion in a dataset or database.
Please do not interfere with the site or the systems that serve it. That includes denial-of-service or flooding attacks, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing without our prior written permission, and introducing malware or any other malicious code.
Please do not attempt to access any part of the site, any account, any server, or any stored form submission that is not made publicly available, and do not circumvent or test any security or access control.
Please do not misuse the contact form. That means no automated, repeated, or bulk submissions, no advertising or spam, no impersonation or false identity, and nothing unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing. We may block traffic that breaches this section without notice.
6. What you send through the contact form
You are responsible for the content of anything you send us, and for having the right to send it.
Please do not send confidential or trade-secret material, passwords, API keys or other credentials, personal information about other people, sensitive information such as health details, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers, or anything unlawful.
Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with you that covers it, please treat what you send as not confidential. We handle messages sensibly and describe that handling in our privacy policy, but we cannot accept confidentiality obligations for material we did not ask for.
If you send us an idea, suggestion, or proposal, you agree we may use it without obligation, attribution, or payment. Sending a message does not create any relationship between us and does not oblige us to reply.
7. Intellectual property
The site and its contents, including the text, layout, design, structure, code, and graphics, are owned by Rockford Core LLC or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Our company name, logo, and any product names shown are our trademarks, whether registered or not. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to us accurately and descriptively.
Nothing on this site transfers any right in our intellectual property to you. Rights not expressly granted in section 4 are reserved.
8. No professional advice, and no warranty that content is complete or current
Everything on this site is general information about the company. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, regulatory, or technical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a professional who knows your situation.
We try to keep the site accurate, but it may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong in places. We may change, correct, or remove any part of it at any time without notice, and we are under no obligation to keep it updated.
Please do not make a decision that matters to you on the basis of this site alone.
9. Third-party names and links
Any third-party company names, product names, or trademarks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify or describe something accurately, which is nominative use and nothing more.
Their appearance does not mean there is a partnership, joint venture, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, accreditation, membership, or affiliation between us and them, in either direction, and it does not mean either of us has approved the other. Where a relationship exists, we say so in plain words.
Any link to another website is offered for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices, and visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site or your reliance on anything in it.
This is a free informational website, and our total liability should reflect that. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site and to these terms will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects consumer rights that the law gives you and does not let you waive.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of the United States in which Rockford Core LLC is organised, without regard to that State's conflict-of-laws rules, together with applicable United States federal law.
We do not publish our state of organisation on this page. It is a matter of public record in that State's business registry, it is determinable from our formation filings, and we confirm it on request through the contact form, as we do in the ordinary course of vendor verification.
The state and federal courts located in that State have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. We may still apply for injunctive relief in any court that has jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the security of the site.
If the mandatory law of the country or state where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings locally or gives you consumer protections that cannot be waived by agreement, this section does not take that away.
12. Changes, general terms, and how to contact us
Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here when you use the site is the version that applies to that use, and we will change the "last updated" date at the top of the page when we revise it. If a change is material, we will say so plainly.
General. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Not enforcing a term on one occasion is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor to the business.
Contact. The contact form on this site is the only route to us. We do not publish an email address or a registered address on this page, and we do not monitor addresses that merely appear to be ours. Use the form for questions about these terms, permission requests, or to ask for our entity details during vendor verification.
