Keep in mind that your subscription renews automatically. Should you no longer want to use NumTracer, your subscription can be cancelled whenever you like from the website.

How can I end my subscription or close my account?

Does my subscription renew on its own?
Yes. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. Even after it has renewed, you can still cancel whenever you like. Cancelling makes sure no charge is taken for the following billing period.
Why is NumTracer charging me?
NumTracer works on a renewing subscription. Your first trial payment gets you a taste of the platform at a small cost. When the trial is over, it automatically becomes a subscription. Cancelling is possible at any time. Any NumTracer charge appears on your card or bank statement as NUMTRACER.COM — the billing descriptor that says who the charge is from. Important: NumTracer is a subscription service. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically and the charges continue.
Are my card details safe with NumTracer?
NumTracer never keeps your full card number, credit or debit. Instead, we depend on reliable, industry-leading payment processors to handle every transaction. They use your payment details only for that transaction and pass them securely to the banks, encrypted, for maximum data protection. On top of that, we're committed to keeping the whole site highly secure.
Can I ask for a refund?
If the service or the information you received didn't satisfy you, ask for a refund by getting in touch with our team directly. When will my refund arrive?

I'd like to pay to locate a number, yet my payment was refused. What should I do?

How can my subscription be cancelled?
If NumTracer isn't what you expected, cancelling takes a moment. Go to the page called Cancel subscription and do what it says.
I've forgotten the password for my account. How do I reset it?
When your account is created, the password goes to the address you registered with. If that email isn't showing, look in your Spam or Junk folder. If it still can't be found, choose "Forgot password?" in the login window, type the email address tied to your account; a fresh set of password details will then be emailed to you.
